We at Thaitsuki Europe will NOT sell any product to anyone below the age of 18 and reserve the right not to sell to anyone we deem as unfit or irresponsible. We hope that you will act responsibly with your new purchase, and as a condition of purchase you agree NEVER to carry any of our products in public places.  By purchasing from this site, you are committing yourself to these terms and conditions.

We at Thaitsuki Europe ensure to sell you the very best in quality handcrafted merchandise, and are certain that you will be very happy with your purchase.  If in the unlikely event, you have a problem with any of our products purchased from us, here are the terms and conditions for returning your goods.

Exchange and Refund Policy:

Thaitsuki products are currently made to order which carry a 45 day production lead time.  If in the unlikely instance, you find your purchase to be faulty. We ask that you contact us within a period of 7 days, and return the item within 28 days of delivery. We will then take appropriate action to either repair or replace the item. Your postal costs for returning faulty goods will be reimbursed to you, once we are satisfied that the product is faulty due to manufacturing process. Postal costs will only be refunded on faulty goods.

Delivery:

We at Thaitsuki Europe aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as your order arrives with us and it is quality checked it will  be dispatched to you the next working day by express courier.
